   • Serve as in-house developer, building interactive analysis dashboards and internal utility microsites with React, Next.js and Redux Toolkit.
   • Build Python web scrapers to collect research data; clean and analyse it with pandas in Jupyter, and publish charts and maps with Flourish, Tableau and D3.js.
   • Automate recurring office workflows with Google Apps Script.
   • Support program initiatives: coordinate activities, develop program materials, and facilitate communication between participants.
